Professional Development
Early Learning Outreach Program (ELOP) is offering professional development and continuing education courses in an on-line format. On-line learning offers a flexible way of gaining professional training in the convenience of your home or work setting. Even a computer novice can be successful because ELOP on-line instructors take the time to support students through the technical process as well as the educational content.
