FREE! Ready to
Read Workshop offerend by King County Library
Early Literacy is what children need to know about reading and
writing before they can read and write. Reading to young children
is important, but reading aloud is only the beginning! Research
has shown that to be ready to read, each child must have six early
literacy skills. Find out what these skills are and discover some
activities to make learning those skills fun for everyone! You can
make a powerful difference in a child's life in just minutes a day.
